1. Temperature is too high: refers to the temperature of the oil and gas mixture at the compressor outlet, which is greater than or equal to 110 °C alarm and 120 °C trip.
2, the pressure is too high: refers to the compressor outlet pressure, higher than 10bar alarm, 15bar trip.
3, oil and gas separator: compressed air from the head of the compressor entrains large and small oil droplets. Large oil droplets are easily separated by the oil and gas separation tank, while small oil droplets (suspended oil particles below 1 um in diameter) must be filtered through the micron and glass fiber filter layers of the oil and gas separation filter. This allows the compressor to discharge more pure, oil-free compressed air. The solid particles in the compressed air are retained in the filter layer as they pass through the oil core, which leads to an increase in the pressure drop (resistance) of the oil core. As the oil core usage time increases, the filter element must be replaced when the oil core differential pressure reaches 0.08 to 0.1 MPa.
4, air filter: refers to the air filter dirty, blocked, the resistance of air through the filter increases, the compressor inlet generates a negative pressure.
5, oil filter: due to long-term operation of the air compressor, the impurities in the air are sucked into the compressor, causing the oil filter to be dirty, so that the pressure difference between the oil filter before and after the oil filter is too large.
6, high oil temperature: due to long-term operation of the air compressor, oil quality aging, poor return path, oil filter blockage, and compressed air from the air compressor will be less entrained Part of the oil causes loss of air compressor oil, resulting in high oil temperature.
7, high exhaust temperature: refers to air compressor heat dissipation, air compressor oil, oil quality is not normal.
8, low oil level: refers to the air compressor oil separator in the oil level is low, oil can not be seen in the oil level gauge.
9, pipeline pressure: air compressor loading / no-load control exceeds the machine operating pressure.
(2), China air compressor common faults
1, power failure: air compressor power supply / control power supply loss. Treatment method: Check whether the power supply and control power supply have electricity.
2, motor temperature: the motor starts too frequently, the load is too heavy, the motor cooling is not enough, the motor itself or the bearing has problems, the sensor and so on. Treatment method: limit the number of motor starts and reduce the load setting pressure.
3, compressor temperature: the temperature of the oil and gas mixture at the compressor outlet to 120 °C. Treatment method: keep the air compressor well ventilated, check the radiator without debris, heat radiator heat, check the air compressor oil level, cooling fan, temperature sensor.
4, the starting temperature is low: the air compressor panel shows that the temperature is lower than 1 °C.
5, the pressure is too high: the compressor outlet pressure to 15bar trip. Treatment method: Check whether the load setting pressure is too high, pressure sensor, etc., contact the inspection and check the pressure regulating valve and the unloading valve.
6, pressure sensor: air compressor pressure, temperature and sensor wiring problems. Treatment method: contact maintenance or manufacturer.
7, motor steering error: motor wiring error or star / triangle can not be switched normally when the motor starts, the steering signal sensor fault on the compressor body caused the air compressor to report motor steering error. Treatment method: Contact the inspection to check whether the motor phase sequence wiring is correct.
8, maintenance period: air compressor maintenance time expires and exceeds 100 hours. Treatment method: contact maintenance to maintain the air compressor. After the maintenance is completed, the maintenance personnel will reset the maintenance time.
9, solenoid valve failure: the solenoid valve is loose or the lead connector is loose and disconnected. Treatment method: contact maintenance.
10, cooling system failure: air compressor cooling fan does not turn or have a turn, the fan is deformed, the fan relay aging failure, the wiring is loose. Treatment method: Contact the inspection to check whether the motor and motor wiring are in good condition.
