Air compressor is used more and more in our daily life. Of course, some troubles will occur during the use process, and the fault can be extended to extend the service life of the air compressor. . Below, our DSNEair after-sales staff will analyze causes and solutions:
1. Large fuel consumption or large compressed oil content
There is too much cooling dose. The correct position should be observed when the unit is loaded. At this time, the oil level should be no more than half; the return pipe is blocked and the return pipe is installed ( The distance from the bottom of the oil separation core does not meet the requirements; the exhaust pressure is too low when the unit is running; the oil separation core is broken; the internal separator of the separation cylinder is damaged; the unit has oil leakage; the coolant is degraded or overdue.
2. Cause of failure: Exhaust pressure of the unit is too high
Intake valve failure; Hydraulic valve failure; Load solenoid valve (1SV) failure; Pressure setting too high; Pressure sensor failure (control unit); pressure switch failure (relay control unit).
3. Cause of failure: low unit pressure
The actual gas consumption is greater than the unit output gas volume; the deflation valve is faulty (cannot be closed when loading); the intake valve is faulty; the hydraulic cylinder is faulty; Load solenoid valve (1sv) failure; minimum pressure valve stuck; user pipe network leaked; pressure setting too low; pressure sensor failure (control unit); pressure switch failure (relay control unit); pressure switch failure (relay control unit) ; pressure sensor or pressure gauge input hose leaks.
4. Cause of failure: The unit exhaust temperature is high (more than 100°C)
The unit coolant level is too low (should be seen from the oil sight glass, but not More than half); oil cooler is dirty; oil filter core is blocked; temperature control valve is faulty (component is bad); oil cut solenoid valve is not energized or coil is damaged; oil cut solenoid valve diaphragm is broken or aged; fan motor is faulty; The fan is damaged; the exhaust duct is not smooth or the exhaust resistance (back pressure) is large; the ambient temperature exceeds the specified range (38 °C or 46 °C); the temperature sensor is faulty (control unit); the pressure gauge is faulty (relay control unit) .
