General DSNEairscrew air compressor is designed with operator safety in mind, but the operator is ultimately responsible for his own safety. The following safety precautions are intended as a guide only to reduce damage during the use of air compressor. Do not operate air compressor under unsafe conditions. During maintenance, it should be marked that air compressor is temporarily unable to work, and the power is cut off, so as to prevent the misuse of others and cause injury. Personal protective equipment Operators who work long hours beside the air compressor must wear earplugs. Pressure 1. When removing the oil filter, the air compressor should be stopped and there is no pressure (the oil filter can be removed after five minutes of shutdown). 2. The internal pressure should be eliminated when opening any pipes, valves, bulkheads, joints, and related parts. 3. Do not modify the pressure setting without the consent of the technical department. 4. Do not damage or remove the safety valve. 5. Under no circumstances should the body be directed to the airflow or to cool the air. 6. Under no circumstances should the compressed air be directed at any part of your body. Fireproof, explosion-proof 1. The splashed lubricating oil and other inflammable and explosive materials should be cleaned immediately. 2. Inflammable and explosive materials must be kept away from air compressors. It is forbidden to smoke next to air compressor. 3. Keep the wires and connectors clean and the terminals are tightly connected. 4. Make sure that the air compressor is working well, using special lubricants and spare parts. 5. Air compressor should be operated under a good ventilation condition or under the installation of exhaust ducts. (Otherwise hot air will raise the ambient temperature.) Moving and spiral mechanical protection 1. Loose clothes and any part of your body should not be close to fans and other rotating parts. 2. When performing maintenance on Air compressor, the power must be turned off to prevent accidental startup. 3. Do not start the machine without a protective barrier. Hazardous surfaces Avoid contact with hot fluids, hot surfaces, and exhaust pipes to avoid burns. Hazardous Substances 1. Do not breathe air from air compressor. 2. Do not direct compressed air directly to anyone. Hanging and transport 1. Apply a guide rope during the lifting of the air compressor to prevent the air compressor from being spoiled. Check the welds and bolts for looseness after lifting. 2. If you are transporting with a flatbed trailer, make sure that the flatbed trailer has enough power to drag the air compressor. 3. If it is transported by forklift, it should also ensure that the forklift has sufficient power. Please refer to local regulations for specific conditions. Prevent people from being turned off inside the machine If the space inside the air compressor is very large (can accommodate people), when people work in air compressor To be marked outside the door, the power must be turned off and a prominent sign placed. Operation 1, Air compressor The structural design of the sound enclosure optimizes the flow of cooling air (generally, it should not be turned on when the door is opened). 2. Air compressors are not allowed to work in the open air unless a special open-air holding device is provided. 3. If the air compressor leaks, please do not turn it on. Contact customer service. ø Tip: When the air compressor is running, please install the sound insulation first
